Joel Austin is an actor, writer, and filmmaker originally from Tennessee, but has lived and worked in the Midwest, New York, the Pacific Northwest, and Los Angeles.
He began writing and acting as a child and is accomplished in both arenas.

Directing, Teaching and Web Content
In addition to writing and acting, Joel has been an online content creator, teacher and director for years.
Currently, Joel teaches for UCLA Ext, specializing in post-production and motion graphics.
Joel is the creator and manager of the online brand ToSalem, which creates audio dramas, immersive experiences, and web content centered on Salem, Massachusetts. He also creates content regularly for tech company Octopart, as well as a handful of other online brands.
